Select some leafy pieces from th dried flower bck to make up the backing for your bouquet and stick down with glue.
Now decide on some smaller buds or flowers for the front of the bouquet, stick with glue - you may need tweezers to help with their placement.
Stick on your banner using the 3d double sided adhesive foam pads.
For the finishing touch, stick on your decorative blue bow using the glue or your foam adhesive pads - whichever you prefer!
